School Broadcast Curriculum Announced - Bring Broadcast Technology to Your Classroom
P>
MagicBox, Inc., in conjunction with
Digital Classroom, Inc.
are proud to announce the School Broadcast Station. This curriculum package
has been designed by Digital Classroom utilizing equipment manufactured by MagicBox,
which allows students to broadcast their own cable-TV channel.
The School Broadcast Station has the equipment, curriculum, templates, graphics,
video and music CDs students need to broadcast events to the community using text,
graphics and video. Students use the learning materials and equipment to produce
and broadcast spots, school news, local weather, homework postings, class bulletin
boards, video yearbooks, and school board meetings.
The system is designed to be run by students who will achieve class credit by learning
about community television. Inservice workshops for teachers are available to bring
them quickly up-to-speed.
