Aavelin Composer WMF Clip Art Support Introduced

MagicBox introduces WMF Clip Art support for the Aavelin Digital Signage and Video Messaging System.

The Aavelin Composer software now supports Microsoft's "Windows Metafile (WMF)" Clip Art format. This feature adds a great deal of creativity to the Aavelin system. Unlike bitmap images, WMF Clip Art is scalable to any size the user chooses without the distortion and jagged edges that can accompany the scaling of bitmap files. In addition, WMF Clip Art is often designed with transparency built-in for easy overlay on top of existing backgrounds and photos.

WMF Clip Art may be stretched to fill an entire page or overlay the top of a background image.

Many users already have a large collection of WMF Clip Art accessible to them via Microsoft Office. This artwork may be found in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Clip Art folder. The contents of this folder may also be copied to Aavelin Composer's Artwork folder for quicker, easier access.
