MagicBox Adds Recurring Event Scheduling to the Aavelin Digital Signage System.

MagicBox, Inc, an industry leader in Digital Signage and Video Messaging, has added enhanced scheduling capabilities within the Aavelin Composer software, used directly with the Aavelin Digital Signage system.

Aavelin Composer’s new scheduling tool allows for recurring events to easily be programmed. Building on Composer’s existing event scheduling capabilities, which allows a specific item to play at a precise time, the recurring event scheduler combines the original functionality with updated and hands-free automation.

"In addition to the added functionality, we’ve also combined elements of the user interface to make things more intuitive," said Tom Searcy, President.

Searcy added an example, "Previously, if someone wanted to schedule content to play every Tuesday at 5:00 for an entire year, it would require 52 scheduling entries. With recurring events it only takes one entry, and it couldn’t be easier."
