Here are some Quick tips for troubleshooting your MagicBox Products:
- Most network publishing issues can be resolved by rebooting the Signage system. Power cycle your system using the on-screen menu through the "System" section.
- Having trouble connecting? Check for duplicate IP addresses, firewall security settings (verify that port 427 is open), faulty cables, or any changes made to the network.
- Missing content? Check to see if the source material has been moved from it's directory. If it's on a shared network drive, check to see if your PC still has access to it.
- No Video? Check the correct input on your display. If on a cable system, double check your modulator settings.
