MagicBox is dedicated to providing our customers with the knowledge and tools to be successful with their digital signage campaign.
Each MagicBox product comes with a user manual that covers everything from getting started to scheduling and managing your content. If you lost your user manual, we have them in .pdf format that you can view & save.
Aavelin Training Videos
These videos are meant to document common tasks, not to be a comprehensive resource. Please refer to the Aavelin user’s guide for complete documentation on all system features.

Comprehensive Online Training
For more in-depth and extensive training, we offer a 1 hour online training session using Cisco WebEx™. One of our reps will walk you through the Composer software settings and features which covers the following:

- Schedule Content to Play
- Using External Video
- Managing Multiple Users
- Extras & Options
Up to 25 people can log in and view the training session from any location. Alternatively, you can have a group of attendees all in one conference room. The choice is yours.
